SRMS NURSING SPREADS HEART HEALTH AWARENESS on WORLD HEART ❤️ DAY: ‘DON’T MISS A BEAT’

SRMS College of Nursing, Bareilly observed World Heart Day with impactful activities along with a Health Awareness Camp at SRMS Telemedicine Centre, Village Bhairpura, Bareilly based on this year’s WHO theme ‘Don’t Miss a Beat’. The camp highlighted the importance of heart health through free medical services and community engagement activities.

Organized by Department of Medical Surgical Nursing Department in collaboration with Department of Community Medicine, the camp offered Anthropometric Measurements, BMI calculation, Cardiovascular Assessment, Vital Signs check, General Examinations along with Free Consultation. Adding to its significance, BSc Nursing students (Batch 2023) performed a Street Play & delivered Health Talk on prevention, causes & symptoms of heart disease that inspired the audience to embrace healthy lifestyle choices.

With over 100 registrations across four health stations, managed by Dr Divyanshu Singh, Dr Payal Verma & Dr Abhijeet along with BSc Nursing students, the initiative concluded highlighting the importance of timely care and intervention.
