SRMS Hospital On Wheel for door to door Screening & Treatment of Blindness, Deafness, Diabetics, T.B., Malnutrition, Hypertension, Cancer & support services for Healthy Mother & Healthy Baby.
Hon. Chief Minister of U.P. Mr. Akhilesh Yadav inaugurated the SRMS mobile hospital services initiated by the SRMS TRUST Bareilly on 18, October 2015. This mobile hospital is providing. free services to the general public in different villages and rural areas of city Bareilly. Under this facility patients are getting the services of initial screening of diseases like T.B., Diabetes, High B.P., Deafness, Blindness, Malnutrition and Cancer. After screening the expert doctors of SRMS Medical College present on mobile hospital provide consultation regarding their problems. Along with the initial screening and consultation there is a provision of all pathological tests, digital X-ray, Mammography, Ultrasound, Minor Procedures, Vaccination and free distribution of medicines on the mobile hospital.

Mobile Telemedicine Bus
It has equipped basic diagnostic facilities and free pharmacy with video conferencing facility through which specialist doctor at SRMS telemedicine studio provides consultation and prescribes medicines. This bus visits every day except Sunday to the rural areas and delivering medical services. This facility was inaugurated by Honorable Health Minister of UP, Shri Siddtharth Nath Singh Ji.
Janhit Chikitsa Yojana
SRMS Janhit Chikitsa Yojna for free treatment of six patients per day
SRMS Janhit Chikitsa Yojana: This program was commenced on 4th July’ 09 with an objective to provide free treatment to the patients who are deprived of the treatment due to financial constraints. Each day 6 patients are provided free medicines, consumables, food, investigation and hospitalization by the trust.
Samudayik Swasthya Yojana
SRMS Samudayik Swasthya Yojna at Rs. 365/- per year for treatment upto Rs. 50,000/- for the couple
Launched in 2013, the aim was to provide high quality diagnostic / therapeutic facilities upto 25,000/- to members contributing just Rs. 1/day. Under this scheme, 7500 members are registered out of which 4311 members have availed
themselves the indoor treatment benefits till date.
Free Pharmacy
Free Pharmacy, Free Cataract Eradication Program, Rural Health Camps
The trust operates 4 Free Pharmacy shops, one in SRMS Rural Health Centre (Town Dhaura) one in SRMS Urban Health Centre (Rampur Garden, Bareilly) and two in SRMS Hospital. In these pharmacies, Trust provides more than 150 types of free generic medicines & consumables to the patients. The annual budget of the Trust is 75 lakhs in a year serving about 10,000 to 12,000 patients per month, who are benefitted from these pharmacy shops, run by the trust.
Free 400 Beds
The Trust has provision for 400 Beds in SRMS Hospital whereby the patient is not charged any amount for Bed, Consultation Fee, Surgical Charges and O.T. Charges in General Ward.
Govt. Health Programmes
Government Health Programmes under NRHM
The Trust is also running various Govt. Sponsored Health Programmes in its Hospital, such as Revised National Tuberculosis Programme (DOTS), Saubhagyawati Matratwaa Yojana, Family Planning & Welfare Programme, Vaccination Programme, ICTC Centre for AIDS.
Free Rural & Urban Health Camps
Institute is frequently organizing free health camps to provide free medical consultancy, medicines & diagnostic services like ECG, Basic Blood investigations to the poor and people in need. In the last 4 years, institute organized 562 Camps whereby over 80000 plus patients have been provided free medical facilities.
