On account of Devuthani Ekadashi, SHRI RAM MURTI SMARAK (SRMS) TRUST INSTITUTIONS, Bareilly is going to organize a ‘DEEPDAAN MAHOTSAV’ on November 23, 2023 from 5:15 PM onwards in Radha Mohan Temple at SRMS College of Engineering & Technology, Bareilly, marking the initiation of a luminous ceremony with spiritual fervor.
Embracing the sanctity of the event, first ‘diya’ shall be enlightened by Shri Dev Murti, Chairman SRMS Trust. However, there will be a mesmerizing display of over 4000 lit diyas, which will illuminate the surroundings, where each flicker represents collective prayers & the quest for divine blessings. The veneration, rooted in the consecration of Lord Krishna will add a sacred touch to the event.
Devuthani Ekadashi, occurring in the Shukla Paksha of Kartik month, holds deep religious importance with devotees believing that worshiping Lord Vishnu on this day brings about the realization of aspirations. It also symbolizes the profound awakening of Lord Vishnu from Yoga Nidra after four months on Devuthani Ekadashi.
