From smashing sixes to stunning wickets, Dehradun Strikers Women bagged the Champions Trophy

Four days. Fierce matches. Unstoppable energy. The 4-day Shri Ram Murti Memorial Prize Money T20 Women Cricket Tournament 2025 (Oct 28–31), organized in association with Bareilly Cricket Association, wrapped up with an electrifying grand finale at SRMS Cricket Stadium, Bareilly!

In a nail-biting clash, Dehradun Strikers Women (118/7) defeated SRMS Cricket Academy Women (108/9) by 10 runs, with Dimple Kandari named Player of the Match! Stealing the spotlight, Neelam Bisht from Dehradun delivered an unforgettable all-round performance, with smashing 136 runs and taking 10 wickets across 4 matches! She bagged a clean sweep of awards (with cash prizes): Best Player (Rs 5000), Best Batsman (Rs 2500), and Best Bowler (Rs 2500) of the Tournament, alongside Player of the Match in three league matches.

Applauding the incredible talent, Shri Dev Murti, Chairman SRMS Trust, felicitated the winning team ‘Dehradun Strikers Women’ with Champions Trophy and cash prize of Rs 25,000 as well as the Runners-up team ‘SRMS Cricket Academy’ with Rs 15,000. He also announced that prize money will be doubled next year. Sitaram Saxena (Secretary, BCA Bareilly) also pledged an additional ₹25,000 from next year onwards.

The grand finale concluded with Aditya Murti (Trust Secretary) delivering a heartfelt vote of thanks in the presence of Guest of Honor Sqn. Ldr. Indu Nair (SMO); Rajendra Manohar (Vice-President BCA); OP Kohli (Sr Secretary BCA); Richa Murti (Director, SRMS Goodlife Hospital); Dr Prabhakar Gupta (Principal CET); Dr Nirmal Yadav (Senior Consultant, Medicine, Goodlife Hospital) along with respective team captains and coaches.

  • DAY 1: SRMS Cricket Academy Women beat Delhi Women by 62 runs | Dehradun Strikers triumphed over Haldwani Queens by 8 runs. Players of the Match: Muskan (SRMS) & Neelam Bisht.
  • DAY 2: Dehradun Strikers outplayed Delhi Women by 68 runs (149/5 vs 81/6) | SRMS Cricket Academy Women defeated Haldwani Queens by 23 runs (108/8 vs 85/10). Players of the Match: Neelam Bisht & Meenakshi Yadav.
  • DAY 3: Haldwani Queens thrashed Delhi Women by 11 wickets (57/1 in 7.4 overs) | Dehradun Strikers edged past SRMS Cricket Academy Women by 3 wickets (85/7 vs 84/7). Players of the Match: Ankita Shah & Neelam Bisht.
