PRIDE IN OUR HEARTS, UNITY IN OUR SPIRITS: SRMS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, TECHNOLOGY & RESEARCH CELEBRATES INDIA AT 79
With campuses echoing the spirit of patriotism, SRMS College of Engineering, Technology & Research (CETR) stepped forward to mark the 79th Independence Day in a celebration filled with pride, reverence, and inspiration.
The day began with floral tributes to Late Shri Ram Murti Ji and Mahatma Gandhi, honoring their vision and sacrifice, followed by the Tricolour unfurling as the National Anthem filled the air. Aditya Murti, Trust Secretary led the ceremony alongside dignitaries including Richa Murti, Director, SRMS Goodlife Hospital; Er Subhash Mehra, Trust Advisor; Dr Shailesh Saxena, Dean Academics CETR; Dr Muthu Maheshwari, Principal, SRMS College of Nursing and many others.
The atmosphere turned soulful with patriotic songs by the college choir and a heartfelt poem that stirred emotions across the gathering. In his address, Aditya Murti urged students to embrace unity, integrity, and selfless service as guiding principles for nation-building. The celebrations ended with a united pledge to work towards a progressive, empowered, and harmonious India.
