CSE STUDENTS of SRMS ENGINEERING & RESEARCH COLLEGE DIVE INTO THE FUTURE WITH A HANDS-ON DATA ANALYTICS BOOTCAMP!
The Department of Computer Science & Engineering at SRMS College of Engineering, Technology & Research (CET&R), in collaboration with the Value Addition Cell and under the guidance of IIC-SRMS CET&R Bareilly, successfully conducted a week-long, 28-hour hands-on workshop on “Data Analytics Fundamentals & Real-World Applications”.
Designed exclusively for B Tech CSE 3rd-year students, the workshop ran daily, offering an immersive and practical learning experience in the fast-growing world of data analytics. Led by Ambrish Gupta from Tech Vision Technologies, Bareilly, the sessions covered everything from understanding the power of data-driven decision-making to mastering the complete analytics lifecycle. Students learned how to clean, analyze, and visualize data, creating meaningful charts and insights using real-world datasets.
The workshop progressed into an exciting case study where students applied their new skills to solve real analytical challenges. It concluded with a Capstone Mini Project, where participants showcased their end-to-end data analytics solutions and received valuable feedback. The closing certificate distribution ceremony was graced by Ambrish Gupta & Ritu Gupta (Tech Vision Technologies); Dr Shailesh Saxena (Dean Academics, SRMS CET&R); Dr Manvi Mishra (HOD, CSE) & KK Agarwal (DSW, SRMS CET&R).
