Today, we spotlight Sapna Thakur, Assistant Professor and Department In-charge, Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT), SRMS CET&R, whose dedication towards hospitality education continues to empower students with practical skills, industry-readiness, leadership qualities, hands-on hospitality learning and service excellence, so that aspiring hospitality professionals grow into confident leaders.

With 15+ years of combined teaching and industry experience, she is currently pursuing her PhD in Hotel Management from Nainital University, holds a Master’s in Hotel Management from Uttarakhand, a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Amrapali University, Haldwani, along with a Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed) from Prayagraj.
