FROM CLASSROOMS to COCKTAIL COUNTERS: SRMS HOTEL MANAGEMENT STUDENTS ARE SHAKING UP THE FUTURE OF HOSPITALITY!

Creativity met craftsmanship and learning turned refreshingly hands-on at SRMS College of Engineering Technology & Research (CET&R), Bareilly, as the Department of Hotel Management hosted an exciting workshop on Non-Alcoholic Beverages, giving students a real taste of the hospitality industry.

The campus came alive with vibrant flavours, innovative presentations, and high-energy learning as aspiring hospitality professionals explored the art of premium beverage preparation under the guidance of Shashwat Sharma (Assistant Professor, BHMCT). The spotlight of the session was an engaging live masterclass where students witnessed the finesse of flavour balancing, presentation techniques, and beverage crafting in action. From precision pouring to creative garnishing, the workshop beautifully showcased the skill and artistry behind world-class mixology. A special highlight was the preparation of the signature mocktail Virgin Sangria, which left students inspired by the level of creativity, detail, and professionalism required in the global Food & Beverage industry.

More than just a workshop, it was an immersive industry experience that equipped students with practical exposure, confidence, and future-ready hospitality skills.
