HACKING THE FUTURE: SRMS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY & RESEARCH SHORTLISTS TOP TEAMS FOR SMART INDIA HACKATHON 2025
SRMS College of Engineering, Technology & Research (CETR), Bareilly hosted its Internal Hackathon on September 11, 2025 to identify promising teams for the prestigious Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025, organized by the Ministry of Education, MoE’s Innovation Cell & AICTE, under the supervision of Institution Innovation Council (IIC) – CETR.
The event witnessed 35 teams and over 200 students presenting innovative solutions across domains like Fintech, Smart Automation, Health Tech, Agriculture & Rural Development, Cyber Security, Renewable Energy, and more. Projects were evaluated by a jury comprising Rituraj Dixit, Imana Azram, and Ankur Kumar (Assistant Professors, CSE) along with KK Agarwal (HOD Basic Science & DSW), who assessed entries on innovation, feasibility, impact, and presentation.
The shortlisted teams will now proudly represent SRMS CETR at the National-level SIH 2025, carrying forward the spirit of innovation and problem-solving.
