The Training, Development & Placement (TDP) Cell at Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology (SRMS CET), Bareilly recently conducted a knowledge-driven Guest Lecture on ‘How to Prepare for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)’, which wasdelivered by Special Guest & Keynote Speaker Abhishek Saxena, Regional Head, Tata Consultancy Services, Lucknow.
Targeted for B Tech Final Year CET & CETR and MCA Final Year students, the lecture offered students with deep insights into their career aspirations. The session began with welcoming of guest with plant sapling by Dr Prabhakar Gupta, Dean Academics in the presence of several other faculty members and students. During an interactive session, Abhishek Saxena explained about his early career, introduced Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and said, “It is an IT service, consulting and business solutions organization that has been partnering with many of the world’s largest businesses in their transformative journeys for over 55 years”. Addressing the gathering, he further talked about the benefits of working with TCS, its test patterns, preparations, hiring process etc. Later, the speaker offered valuable tips on cracking the challenging TCS interview. Towards the end, Dr Prabhakar Gupta extended his gratitude to the special guest with a memento.
