At SRMS IBS, assessment activities are a blend of fun and learning. On December 11, 2020, another assessment activity was held, this time on Marketing Warfare. It was a combined assessment for two courses, Marketing Management – I and Digital Marketing & E-Commerce. The activity was a combined assessment for PGDM, BBA, and B.Com (Hons.) students. More than 100 students participated and were divided into 10 teams. The challenge was to articulately showcase marketing strategies like Marketing Mix, Customer Engagement, Social Media Marketing, Experiential Marketing, and promote brands like Red Bull, Maggi, Pepsi etc., on digital platforms like blogs, vlogs, podcasts, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
The event was coordinated by Prof. (Dr.) Ekta Rastogi and graced by the presence of SRMS Trust Chairman, Shri Dev Murti ji, and SRMS IBS Director, Mr. Shyamal Gupta. Team Red Bull, Nescafe and Maggi bagged the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions respectively, and received medals and certificates.
