Day 2 of the Boot Camp Championship organised by SRMS IBS on October 24, 2020, saw students face off at exciting interview panels. Each panel consisted of two faculty members, while the interviews were set up to mimic proper corporate interviews at a recruitment drive. Students were assessed on four criteria: body language and confidence,oral communication, attitude and behaviour, and knowledge. After two days of intense grilling, the winners were chosen. What set this edition of the Boot Camp apart was the creation of a new category of award: the Rising Star, which saw three students who showed the most improvement in the past couple of months winning it. Medals were also presented to all category winners, which included Current affairs, Extempore, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. A total of 13 candidates won 20 certificates and medals. Ruchika Agarwal trumped all to be declared Boot Camp Champion and win the trophy.
