SRMS IBS Marketing Club, Markomania, organised ‘The Pitch’ on November 20, 2020, focusing on fundraising, a key task for every startup. The event aimed to make students confident, improve their #communication, and sharpen their #criticalthinking capabilities. It was a big success with students participating with #enthusiasm. They pitched on a range of business avenues including beauty, EdTech, five-star hospitals, plastic-less packaging, event planning, and many more. Prof. (Dr.) Ekta Rastogi and Prof. Nidhi were jury members.

After much deliberation, Shilkee Singh was declared the winner and Akriti Singh the first runner-up for her line of natural skincare products. Shreya and Adeeba shared the second runner-up trophy. In the BBA section, Shobhit Chakravorty was adjudged the winner while Abhineshwar Singh bagged the second prize. Aman Verma and Shashank Singh shared the third prize.
