Industrial Visit to Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Mumbai

SRMS IBS imbibes as much industry experience in its students as possible to enhance their learning experience. Its PGDM Students visited Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) to gain a better understanding of port operations management.

During their visit, they gained insights into:

Executives of JNPT briefed the students on the various functional aspects and enlightened them on container movements, Freight Stations, Warehouses, marketing, customs rules and regulations and other related information.

The visit was quite useful for the students who wanted to pursue a career in International Business.
