With an aim to raise awareness about Osteoporosis, the Department of Medical Surgical Nursing at Shri am Murti Smarak (SRMS) College of Nursing, Bareilly, commemorated World Osteoporosis Day with an informative seminar & thought-provoking mime performance, shedding light on the importance of bone health. The event was hosted well by Rashmi Singh & Sakshi Singh of BSc Nursing 3rd Year, under the guidance of Rahul Kumar & Neha Mathpal, Assistant Professors, SRMS Nursing College. 

The event began with welcome speech by Rahim Khan, BSc Nursing 4th Semester student. An enlightening presentation was given by students of BSc Nursing 4th Semester namely—Simran Jeet Kaur, Sakshi Pathak, Anubhav Sahay & culminated by Shradha, BSc Nursing 3rd Year student. Soon after, a thoughtful mime presentation was showcased by the students of BSc Nursing 1st semester, who creatively apprised & engaged the freshers with invaluable knowledge on Osteoporosis.

Later, Aneesh Chandran, Vice Principal, SRMS College of Nursing addressed the gathering and appreciated the participants for their hard work & efforts in raising awareness about this critical health issue. Towards the end, vote of thanks was extended by Anupriya Singh, BSc Nursing 4th Semester student.
