STUDENTS OF SHRI RAM MURTI SMARAK COLLEGE OF NURSING EMPOWERED WITH FREE TABLETS UNDER UP GOVERNMENT’S DIGI SHAKTI SCHEME

With an aim to foster digital accessibility and empower students with technology, Shri Ram Murti Smarak (SRMS) College of Nursing, Bareilly recently organized a Tablet Distribution Ceremony as a part of UP Government’s Digi Shakti programme, under Swami Vivekananda Youth Empowerment Scheme.

This proactive initiative, a part of Free Tablet Smartphone Yojana 2024 spearheaded by Honorable Chief Minister of UP, Yogi Adityanath, is designed to make digital education more accessible in today’s technology-driven world.

The distribution ceremony saw tablets being distributed by Shri Dev Murti, Chairman SRMS Trust to nearly 65 students of GNM of Batch 2022, in the presence of Dr Muthu Maheshwari, Principal, SRMS Nursing College; Aneesh Chandran, Vice Principal Nursing College; Dr Anuj Kumar, Director TDP Cell, SRMS CET; Parashram, Associate Professor, Department of Community Health Nursing & various faculties.
