The SRMS Trust(“the Trust”) and the institutions run by it are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

It is important for you to appreciate that our websites provide extensive links to other independent sites, both within the Trust’s network and elsewhere. This policy applies only to direct accesses to the central website – URLs starting https://www.srms.ac.in. You will need to consult the appropriate information on other sites for information on their specific policies. When you leave our website, this Privacy Policy will not apply.

Information we may collect from you

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our educational websites. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to any of our information updates, starting an admission application, or requesting further services. We may collect certain general information relating to your visit, including but not limited to:
