The Second Value Based Learning Session on ‘Jesus Christ – The Beacon of Relations’, held on 28 July, focussed on the management and leadership lessons that can be learnt from Lord Jesus. Students and members of the audience listened with rapt attention as the discussion revolved around the five important lessons: leadership traits like self-control, action-oriented behaviour, and relationship building; Omega or Jesus Management Style; leaders are servants; communication skills; and importance of productivity.
