The students of Shri Ram Murti Smarak(SRMS) Trust Institutions, Bareilly, who are a part of SRMS Toastmasters (TM) Club, actively participated & contributed significantly to the professional development of Toastmasters fraternity in a meet held at IIT Kanpur, organized by Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI), Kanpur, which provided a day-long comprehensive training and networking opportunities with sharing of ideas.
The interactive meet began with registrations managed by TM Vishesh Tripathi and was officially declared open by TM Ishika Gupta, the Sergeant at Arms (SAA). Then, TM Devang Pandey, Division Director delivered a welcome address, setting a tone for the day. TM Deepika Agarwal provided an insightful overview of TLI objectives & introduced the trainers. Thereafter, an in-depth training session was held for club officers that covered essential skills & strategies. This was followed by an introduction session of trainers on ‘judges training program’, ‘club success plan training’ & ‘contest role players training’ by TM Maanvi Kumar, TM Asankhya Mohan, TM Shobhit Singhal & TM Aruna Patri respectively. Towards the end, an engaging Toastmasters quiz was led by TM Harshit Gupta, while TM Nidhi Sahni conducted a show on ‘toastmasters got talent’, which remained the highlight of the day, showcasing the creativity & enthusiasm of the participating clubs.
However, the diverse agenda ensured SRMS Toastmasters students with valuable insights across various aspects of Toastmasters, from leadership to contest management. Overall, it was a productive & fun-filled event with combination of educational sessions, interactive activities & networking opportunities.
