The HR Club of SRMSIBS organized an exciting Balloon Rail Competition on October 23, 2021 with the aim of learning the tactics of HR along with fun and joy. The activity had three rounds that focused on teamwork, coordination, strategy making. In round 1 (Balloon Inflation), students had to blow up the maximum number of balloons in 2 minutes. In round 2 (Balloon Rail), 6 teams had to find their respective objects blindfolded guided by their leader. In round 3 the finals (Balloon Struggle), the 4 teams struggled to maintain a balance of balloons between their knees by running on the diverted paths. All the teams participated with great enthusiasm. Aditya Tiwari of BBA-II Year, and his team bagged the first place, followed by Ashish Kumar Yadav of BBA-II Year, and his team as the first runners-up, and Janmaijai Pratap of BBA-II Year and team as the second runners-up.
