Day 4 of MBA 2021 Orientation Program AARAMBH had experience sharing interactive session by alumni of MBA department, Mr. Shubham Kumar, Territory Manager, Bharti Airtel, Rampur District and Mr. Satyam Kumar – Senior Associate, Genpact India Pvt. Ltd., Noida. Alumni appreciated the efforts by Department of MBA in preparing them for corporate world. They said Faculty of Management Science, SRMSCET has all the needed resources and dedication to groom students for professional life. Dr. Ruchi Jain Garg, HOD, MBA welcomed and presented mementos to the alumni.
In another session. students listened to preaching by Shri Kishore ji Prabhu , ISKCON, New Delhi and Shree Radhye Shyam ji Maharaj. They advised that student should prepare for global competition not for local competition and material facilities should not be basis of our happiness.
Admad Show- Bill Borad was also organized for the MBA students. Teams of students made innovative advertisements on the products assigned to them. To update the technical skills of students, a hands-on session on android application development was organized by Mr. Arvind Mishra, Faculty, Department of Computer Application

12 November 2021, Day 3 of AARAMBH-Orientation Program for MBA 2021 had Business Quiz named Master Piece, Guest Lectures by industry speakers, a session on code of conduct for students and an information session on placement and internship.
Mr. Jitendra Yadav, Sr. Area Manager, SBI Life Insurance, Bareilly and Mr. Yogendra Singh, Area Manager, Learning and Development, SBI Life Insurance, Bareilly delivered sessions on types and opportunities in insurance sector. Mr. Abhishek Kumar, Manager, Brickworks Ratings Pvt. Ltd., delivered an interactive lecture on SPANCO. Dr. Ruchi Jain Garg, HOD, MBA department presented memento to the guests.
Dr. Mohd. Danish Chishti and Ms. Swapnil Mishra, faculty members of FMS, made students aware about the code of conduct of the institute. Students became familiar with dos and don’ts for them. Dr. Mohd. Salman Shamsi of FMS conducted a session on placement and internship for MBA students. In this session, opportunities and facilities for placement and internship of MBA students at SRMSCET were highlighted. Dr. Anuj Kumar, Director, Training, Development and Placement Cell presented prizes and certificates to the winners of the business quiz.

The purpose of orientation programme was to make students aware about the curriculum and its relevance with the industry requirements, guest lectures and games.
The session started with address by Dr.Ruchi Jain Garg (Head of the Department) of MBA. She shared MBA curriculum for the upcoming2 years. The course outcomes were highlighted by HOD ma’am. In addition, she further discussed about: live projects, webinars, online classes, case studies, plagiarism software, certification and many more.
Session was continued by Dr Shobhit Kumar Saxena Faculty of Management Science , he emphasized on personality development. He conducted personality trait activity “Color Personality Test” for the students. This activity helped the students to explore themselves and others at the same time.
Next was a guest lecture taken by Deepak Srivastava, retired GM from UP Gramin Bank. He focused on financial literacy and the microfinance sector. He wished them best of luck for their career and motivated them to make the best use of these academic years.
The day was further proceed by Dr Pankaj Agarwal(Faculty of Management Science)
He conducted a brain storming session for the students on the theme of “World usability day” making online world trustworthy.
Further a activity was organized by MBA final year students “Russian Scandal” which is a synonym of Chinese whisper. This was conducted to develop team building skills, listening skills. Each team was given a set of word which they had to pass on and at the end write all the words on a piece of paper. It helped the student to learn about grapevine communication.
All the students relished the activity to the full extent.

Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology is organizing a 7 days Orientation programme from 10 November to 17 November 2021.for the newly admitted students of MBA 2021).
The session began with the welcome of the students by Dr. Mohd. Salman Shamshi – Assistant Professor, MBA. He introduced the Faculty Members and briefly explained the experience and achievements of Faculty of the Department. On the other hand, the Introduction of all the faculty members of MCA department was conducted in the MCA Seminar Hall which made students familiar with the environment in this Institution.
In continuation, a motivational lecture was conducted by Dr. Anuj Kumar – Director of TDP Cell. He emphasized on the Training and Development of the students, he focused on the fact that how the students can develop themselves as an individual and focus on their personal growth. The session was filled with the motivational stories of Ramayana and Gita .
The next session was a guest lecture led by CA Vinay Krishna who is successfully running PMSV Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. Formerly; he was Chairman of ICAI, Bareilly. He is a renowned Chartered Accountant with dynamic personality. He spoke on the purpose of life, orientation and the importance of transition of life : Quality, Education System , Strategic Decision Making skills and the value of time.
As the orientation programme continued and handed over to the students of MBA batch of 2020 to provide the description about the application provided by institute like student ERP, Student Portal and website of institute.
This was followed by the Campus visits to make them familiar with the facilities being provided.
In this line of lectures and sessions, an activity was organized named “Mind Games” for the students.
Overall, the first day of Orientation marked a successful beginning of a college session .It not only motivated the new students but also helped in building zeal and enthusiasm for the life ahead
At last but not the least, Mr. Aman Anand concluded the event and delivered vote of thanks to everyone.
