The Department of Hotel Management at SRMS College of Engineering, Technology & Research (CETR), Bareilly recently held an immersive, hands-on Tutorial Class for its BHMCT students, celebrating the art of festive hospitality. The tutorial class was an excellent opportunity for students to explore the nuances of hospitality, and embrace the cultural significance of the festive occasion.
Our aspiring hoteliers explored every detail of welcoming and greeting the guests—from front office formalities to elegantly escorting guests to rooms adorned in vibrant festive decor. The experience continued as students guided guests to a beautifully themed restaurant created within the department, where a festive menu showcased culinary skills and creativity, and gave practical insights to students into innovative dining experiences.
This practical session was not only about learning but also a step toward perfecting professional hospitality standards. For BHMCT students, it was an enriching, memorable experience that truly embodied the spirit of festive celebrations.
