SPARDHA 2026 KICKS-OFF at SRMS ENGINEERING & RESEARCH COLLEGE with A POWER-PACKED SHOWCASE OF SPORTING EXCELLENCE…

The grounds are alive, the energy is electric, and the spirit of sportsmanship is soaring high as Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering, Technology & Research (CET&R), Bareilly hosts its much-awaited Annual Sports Fest, ‘SPARDHA 2026’ from 10th to 14th February.

Bringing together students from SRMS CET&R and SRMS College of Nursing, this five-day ongoing sporting celebration is all about fitness, teamwork, discipline, and healthy competition. With an exciting mix of indoor and outdoor events including 100m Race, Athletics, Basketball, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Mixed Cricket, Kho-Kho, Chess, Carrom, Badminton, and Table Tennis, SPARDHA 2026 promises unstoppable action at every corner.

The festival began on an energetic note with thrilling matches and outstanding performances in the presence of Er Subhash Mehra, Trust Advisor; Dr Shailesh Saxena, Dean Academics, CET&R along with Heads and DSWs of CETR and Nursing college.

Day 1&2 highlights…

  • Volleyball (Girls): SRMS College of Nursing clinched Gold; SRMS CET&R secured Runner-Up.
  • Volleyball (Boys): SRMS CET&R (A) took home Gold, while SRMS CET&R (B) secured Silver.
  • Kho-Kho (Girls): SRMS College of Nursing emerged victorious; SRMS CET&R finished Runner-Up.
  • Basketball (Girls): SRMS CET&R bagged Gold.
  • Basketball (Boys): SRMS CET&R bagged Gold.

From intense rallies on the volleyball court to lightning-fast moves in Kho-Kho, the first and second day has been immensely competitive, looking forward to a spirited week ahead.
