SPARDHA 2026 SETS THE SRMS ENGINEERING & RESEARCH COLLEGE CAMPUS ALIVE WITH SPORTING EXCELLENCE…
Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering, Technology & Research (CET&R), Bareilly successfully hosted its high-energy 4-day Annual Sports Fest ‘SPARDHA 2026’ in association with the Verve Club, celebrating fitness, teamwork and the true spirit of sportsmanship.
The fest brought together enthusiastic students from SRMS CET&R and SRMS College of Nursing, featuring an exciting blend of indoor and outdoor events including 100m Race, Athletics, Long Jump, Discus Throw, Javelin Throw, Shot Put, Basketball, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Mixed Cricket, Kho-Kho, Chess, Carrom, Badminton, and Table Tennis, keeping the campus buzzing with action throughout the week.
SPARDHA 2026 was inaugurated by Er Subhash Mehra (Trust Advisor) with the ceremonial volleyball toss and was graced by Dr Muthu Maheshwari (Principal, SRMS College of Nursing), Dr Shailesh Saxena (Dean Academics, SRMS CET&R), DSWs, HODs, faculty members and students, who encouraged participants to uphold fair play and unity.
The week witnessed stellar performances across team and individual events, with students from both institutions securing top honours. The fest concluded with a vibrant prize distribution ceremony, where winners and runners-up were awarded medals and certificates. Devaansh Mehra and Diva Deopa (SRMS CET&R) were felicitated with special trophies for winning the maximum amount of Gold Medals.
