On account of solemn occasion of 35th Shradhanjali Samaroh of Late Shri Ram Murti Ji, a veteran Freedom Fighter, Former Minister & ex-Parliamentarian, held at Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology (SRMS CET), Bareilly, the winners of Annual Inter Collegiate Debate Competition were felicitated with awards and trophies in Junior & Senior Categories.
The topics for junior & senior categories were ‘ऑनलाइन गेमिंग पर पूर्णतया प्रतिबन्ध होना चाहिए’ & ‘मानवाधिकार तथा मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन सरकार की विफलता’ respectively.
In Junior Category, the participated institutions were Shri Gulab Rai Montessori School (GRM), Dohra Road; BBL Public School; The Guru School; Shri GRM Senior Secondary School, Nainital Road; Radha Madhav Public School, Bareilly; while in Senior Category, the prestigious institutions were Bareilly College; SRMS CET; SRMS College of Pharmacy; SRMS College of Engineering, Technology & Research (CETR); SRMS College of Law; Rajshree Group of Institutions, Bareilly.
After a lot of deliberation, Mohd Shariq Shabab Jaidi (favor) & Yatharth Anand (against the motion) from Bareilly College in the Senior Category were bestowed with prestigious ‘Chal Vaijanti’ award. On the other hand, Keshav Bhatia (favor) & Kritika Patel (against the motion) from GRM School, Dohra Road, Bareilly grabbed the ‘Chal Vaijanti’ award in Junior Category on the basis of their exceptional debating skills.
