On account of 35th Shradhanjali Samaroh of Late Shri Ram Murti Ji, a veteran Freedom Fighter, former Minister & ex-Parliamentarian, the talented wordsmiths of National Level Story Writing Contest were felicitated, like every year, with certificates & cash prizes, on October 2, 2023 at Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology (SRMS CET), Bareilly. The national level competition is a great platform that invites young writers to express their views & imaginations in Hindi storytelling.
The award-winning stories reflecting thought-provoking issues selected by the jury, constituted by SRMS Trust, were honoured, wherein, Dehradun’s Aakash Chonkar for his story ‘पाप से बड़ा कौन’, Dehradun’s Govind for his story ‘‘सत्य की शक्ति’ & Kanpur’s Anubhav Singh for his story ‘‘जीवन का खांडवप्रस्थ’ grabbed First, Second & Third prize respectively with a cash award of Rs 11000, 5000 & 4000 each. The consolation prize of Rs 2,500 each was earned by Dehradun-based Gagan Saini & Kailash Gaur for their stories ‘पत्थर हृदय’ & ‘असफलता में भी सफलता’.
