March 08 , 2022 saw another season of “Boot Camp” Championship for the 2021-23 batch students at SRMS IBS Lucknow. The Boot Camp championship included four rounds of rigorous process: Current Affairs, Group Discussion, Extempore and Personal Interview. The championship was aimed at evaluating and enhancing multiple skills like communication, positive body language , presentation skills , analytical skills etc. , and also academic knowledge of the students .
After four rounds of fierce competition Poorwa Gautam won the “Boot Camp” Championship 2022. Nitya Kesarwani and Shakti Singh were 1st & 2nd runners up respectively. Medals and certificates were given in all four categories . The “Bootcamp” is one of the most awaited and prestigious events of SRMS IBS which focuses on providing a platform to the students on which they get a chance to evaluate their industry ready skills. Over the years it has come to represent the spirit of SRMSIBS which comprise of leadership development through exploring, adapting and learning.
