On 26th March 2022 SRMS IBS had organized Industrial visit to Hafizia art and craft Pvt. limited located at Sitapur district for PGDM students with the permission of Respected Director sir Mr. Shyamal Gupta . Prof(Dr) Ekta Rastogi Ma’am and Anuj sir was the co-ordinator for the industrial visit.
The students and the co-ordinators left the campus on 26th March 2022 at 7:30am and reached Hafizia art and craft Pvt. limited in 3 hours.
The students were then took towards the meeting room where Mr. Ubaid Sir who is one of the director of the company gave the detail presentation about the company. After the presentation the General Manager of the company took all the students to various departments of the company and made them understand how the operations of arts and crafts are performed at the workplace. He also responds to the queries of the students. After the tour, the students were again gathered at the meeting room and Mr. Ubaid sir asked the students about their learning from the tour and also provided necessary guidance to the students regarding their specializations.
Being a part of interactive learning, the industrial visits bridges the gap between theoretical learning and real working environment.
