(Management Learning’s from Mythology)
The third session on the second day of orientation took students to a spiritual ride but with a difference. Students were exposed to our Indian traditional wisdom through videos followed by discussion. Famous warriors, learned individuals and stories of our golden era were used to depict critical learning’s. These learning’s were then connected to important skills required in the corporate world, and how they can be used to be successful in the world.
The power of having a focused mind , understanding yourself to set goals , how arrogance diminishes wisdom, knowing the consequences of your actions and to find solutions of complex problems were key learning’s of the session.
