It gives me immense Pleasure to inform you that 9th Convocation of SRMS-IMS & SRMS-IPS is proposed to be held on 1st May 2021 (Saturday) at 10.45 a.m. in the Centennial Auditorium of SRMS- CET for MBBS, PG(MD/MS) and Paramedical UG degree courses.
“Internship completion certificate must have been awarded and all the Dues should be clear tobe eligible for receiving Degree during the convocation ceremony”.
All degree recipients are required to come in formal dress as below & formal footwear:
For Boys: “Formal Suit with Tie OR Trousers with full sleeve shirt and tie.”
For Girls: “Saree”
PATKA will be provided by the Institute for the convocation ceremony.
Any degree recipient coming in informal attire or any dress apart from the above mentioned will not be allowed to participate in the convocation ceremony.
Please confirm your participation so that proper arrangements for your comfortable stay can be made in the campus.
Keeping in mind Covid 19 protocol, all are requested to come with the N-95 mask/triple layer mask and hand sanitizer for their personal protection. We have limited accommodation facility at Alakhnanda Club. In case your spouse & parents wish to attend the convocation, you can book accommodation online on first come first basis only through the registration link. Only two family members per student can attend the convocation.
You and your parents are also invited for pre-convocation Chairman’s dinner on 30th April 2021 evening.
