On account of 34th Death Anniversary of Late Shri Ram Murti Ji, a veteran Freedom Fighter, former Minister and Parliamentarian, a grand ‘ShradhanjaliSamaroh’ was organized at SRMS College of Engineering and Technology on October 2, 2022, wherein winners of ‘Annual Story Writing’ competition were felicitated with appreciation certificates and cash prizes.
Believing that ‘the pen is mightier than the sword’SRMS Trust hosts a National-level Story Writing Competition every year to promote story writing in Hindi and support young writers. The award-winning stories are selected by the jury constituted by SRMS Trust based on its content and uniqueness. This year, in this category of awards:
• Nishant Kumar clinched the first prize for his story ‘Dharohar Ki Wapsi’
• Vikas Kumar grabbed the second prize for his story ‘Barappan’
• Trij Kishore received third prize for his story ‘Kar Bhala So Ho Bhala’
• Siddhant Arya received the consolation prize for his story ‘Awishwas Ki Gehraiye’
