Ms. Neelam Maurya, an alumna of SRMS IBS PGDM (Batch of 2015) came back to the campus to share her experiences as a part of Alumni Speak series. She has had a successful career since her time at the B School and today is Sr. Relationship Manager with ICICI Securities. She took the students back to where it all started for her and how she cracked the placement process. According to her, it is important to seek knowledge and skills beyond the traditional curriculum to enhance the employability quotient. She emphasized on the importance of value added certifications like NISM, Digital marketing and Business Analytics, which can give future managers the edge. Thus the invigorating interaction had valuable career advice for management aspirants at the B School.
