On account of 34th Death Anniversary of Late Shri Ram Murti Ji, a grand ‘ShradhanjaliSamaroh’ was organized at SRMS College of Engineering and Technology on October 2, 2022, wherein scholarships worth Rs 3.5 Cr were distributed to nearly 121 meritorious students from different colleges of SRMS Trust.
Among the recipients, Karan Kalra, MBBS 2019 Batch, third-year medical student at SRMS IMS, Bareilly received a scholarship of Rs2 Lac by Shri Dev Murti, Chairman, SRMS Trust, Bareilly,for his meticulous achievements, wherein he scored 76.5% in his Second Professional University Examination, which was indeed a proud and happy moment.
To this, Karan Kalra shared, “I am happy and humbled on receiving this prestigious scholarship for my academic achievement. I am grateful for the generous scholarship, and thankful to the SRMS Institution. I am thankful to my family and friends, who have supported me and helped me succeed during my medical studies, which has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I have received the best teaching resources and clinical exposure at SRMS IMS, which is very essential to be a better doctor. I really look forward to the next step of my medical career.”
