A day of pride, gratitude and new beginnings, where parents beamed, students soared, and the SRMS legacy grew stronger…

With proud smiles, happy tears and dreams turning into realities, Shri Ram Murti Smarak (SRMS) Trust Institutions celebrated their 25th Convocation Ceremony at SRMS College of Engineering & Technology (CET), Bareilly.

The milestone event honoured 310 graduates of 2025 pass-out batch across B Tech, M Tech, B Pharm, M Pharm, MBA, MCA programs at SRMS College of Engineering & Technology (CET); B Tech graduates of SRMS Engineering, Technology & Research (CETR), Bareilly; MBA graduates from SRMS International Business School (IBS), Unnao and BA LLB graduates from SRMS College of Law, Bareilly. Students took their ‘deeksha’ amid heartfelt applause from proud families, as degrees, medals and awards celebrated years of hard work and determination.

Honouring Excellence

• Shri Ram Murti Gold Medal (₹51,000): Harsh Saxena (CET) & Utkarsh Jaiswal (CETR) for top academic performance in B Tech (2021-25 batch)
• Gold Medals (₹21,000): Pooja Karakoti, Nizarish Umar, Raj Kushwaha & Amulya Sharma for course toppers at CET
• Sports Awards: Devesh Gangwar (CET) & Saurabh Singh (CETR) for outstanding sports achievements

The ceremony was presided over by Prof (Dr) Jai Prakash Pandey, Hon’ble VC, Dr APJAK Technical University, Lucknow, who declared the ‘convocation open’, highlighting the power of positive thinking, motivation and commitment. Chief Guest Prof (Dr) Pradeep Kumar Joshi, Chairman, National Testing Agency, New Delhi, delivered the convocation address & spoke on ethics, innovation, AI and India@2047, while Guest of Honour Er Pooja Srivastava, Scientist/Engineer-G, ISRO (Ahmedabad) and SRMS alumna (1996 batch) inspired students to give back more than they receive with emphasis on discipline, teamwork and use of technology for societal good.

A Vision Forward
SRMS Trust Founder & Chairman Shri Dev Murti paid tribute to Late Ram Murti Ji in the presence of Aditya Murti (Trust Secretary), all heads, faculty and staff of Trust institutions including Dr Prabhakar Gupta (Principal, CET); Dr Shailesh Saxena (Dean Academics, CET & R); Prof (Dr) Tarun Singh Gangwar (Dean, SRMS IBS) and several other dignitaries. Shri Dev Murti shared the Trust’s future vision, with upcoming State University for skill-development, a 150-bed modern hospital & trauma centre, industrial and IT parks, and startup support for young innovators & entrepreneurs. Earlier, Dr Prabhakar Gupta presented the academic growth of the institutions at a glance.
