INTRODUCTION
The current business environment in India is very dynamic, ever-changing and unpredictable. Businesses thrive on stability and predictability. Managers want to plan and strategize for the future which requires stable environmental conditions. But for the decision-makers unwavering and steady business ecology seems like a chimera. Businesses operate in a VUCA space today. Fast, complex and unpredictable situation may emerge from multiple sources: Governments announcement of demonetization, rolling out GST, making new policies like the new e-commerce policy etc can lead to challenges for businesses; due to globalization there has been high level of interrelatedness among economies and one event in a remote part of the world can trigger wide and unexpected consequences in a distant place. ‘Black swans’ can emerge anywhere disrupting things all over the world; changing strategies of competitors in the market place is one important element that cannot be ignored, new product launches, expansion of one’s area of operations and even a great advertizing campaign can disrupt the existing equilibrium; changing behavior of Indian consumers, paradigm shift in rural consumption have forced businesses organizations to reposition its offerings; finally new technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning etc are forcing businesses to rethink their mental models.
OBJECTIVE OF THE CONFERENCE

Conference invites full-length original research paper from industry Delegates/Academicians and Research Scholars. The manuscript should not have been published in any Journal/Magazine or Conference Proceedings. Further the manuscript should contain the name of the corresponding authors with e-mail id. Soft copy of full length manuscript shall be submitted to email-Id: conferenceibs@ibs.srms.ac.in. All the submitted manuscripts will be send for peer review and the corresponding author will be notified about it.
