The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering, Technology and Research (SRMS CET&R) in association with Verve Club-the students’ college club conducted a one day State level Annual Tech Fest ‘TECHNOVAGANZA 2022’ on November 23rd, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at SRMS CETR, Bareilly.
The one day technical event was unique and one-of-its-kind fest, which was held in various labs, seminar hall and auditorium of SRMS CETR Campus with full zeal. The event consisted of various individual and team-based technical events like Latest and booming technology, Computer related quizzes, Code Sense. APTEC Catchization, Scavenger Hunt, Innovative Mind, Web Battle, App Mastery, Ace the Media, Tech Whiz Latest etc, which saw enthusiastic participation of more than 500 students from various colleges of SRMS Trust, as well as outside institutions of Bareilly.
GRAND KICK-START
The event began with the lamp lighting ceremony by the dignitaries followed by Saraswati and Ganesh Vandana. Dr LS Maurya, Principal, CETR gave the welcome speech, and Er Manvi Mishra, HOD CSE Department introduced various event categories. Thereafter, a video presentation and a robotic-theme dance were showcased by Verve Club. The inaugural function ended with the presidential address by Trust Advisor, Er Subhash Mehra who was also honored with sapling and badges along with other dignitaries. The vote of thanks was extended by Tanisha Saxena, Verve President.
The day concluded with Valedictory ceremony that was attended by Aditya Murti, Trust Secretary, who also gave away the prizes and certificates to the winners of several events, and boosted the morale of the students by insisting them to participate in large numbers in such events. In the end, Dr LS Maurya delivered vote of thanks to all.

App Mastery (Android App Development)- Naved Khan, SRMS CET secured I position.
Ace the Media (Social Media Competition) – Kripa Narayan, SRMS CETR grabbed I prize.
TEAM EVENTS—
Code Sense (Coding Team Contest)-Devansh Patel and Ayush Dwivedi, SRMS CETR of Team 11 secured 1st position.
Scavenger Hunt (Riddles Searching Event)-Arun Sharma and Sarthak Bohra, SRMS CETR of Team 1 secured 1st position.
Innovative Mind (Presenting Innovative Unique Ideas)- Tanisha, Alshifa and Akshay, SRMS CET of Team 5 secured 1st Position.
