It was a big day at SRMS, IBS Lucknow as one of the largest Microfinance Institution (MFI) in the world was on campus to hire its future employees. Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited had organized its pool campus recruitment drive on the 30th of December and it naturally drew a lot of attention. In fact around 150 aspirants from various districts of Uttar Pradesh came to the campus in a bid to secure placement with the renowned organization.
Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited is a well known and much respected Microfinance Institution. It is registered with Reserve Bank of India as an MFI-NBFC. The company has over 1,200 branches across 12 States. It has a wide reach amongst people in different parts of the country with over 50 lakh customers. In the last decade alone the company has done business of over Rs. 22,000 Cr. Starting their careers with a top name would be a dream come true for many.
That’s the reason the campus was buzzing with aspirants brimming with energy trying to put their best foot forward on the D Day. But what’s interesting to note is that it was the third consecutive pool campus recruitment drive that Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited had held at SRMS IBS campus. It is not only a reflection of the trust the company has with the B School, but also the consistent networking efforts of the management institute’s Human Resources team.
The large scale organization has already recruited industry ready and well groomed professionals from SRMS IBS. The recruiters spoke highly of the institute’s alumni who have become success stories in their own right working in different profiles with the company. Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited also vouched for building a continuous long term relationship with SRMS IBS for its future campus pool recruitment drives, which was the icing on the cake for the day.
