SRMS IBS has organized a session on “Management games” in the orientation program “Triumph 2021”. The aim of the program is to impart various leadership traits and aware the students about the nuances of team building. The session started with network building exercise with the core message of taking initiative. In 2nd game “Tie the knot” students learned about taking quick decision in stressful situation. To succeed in competitive business environment, team balancing is important and students learned this through “Balancing the ball’ management game. “Relay race with twist” emphasis on managing the resources in demanding situation.
All the session were very entertaining with hidden managerial message and the games brought broad smile on the face of students.
