On 17th Sept 2021, Vishwakarma Puja was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the Honourable Chairman Shri Dev Murti Ji, Principal Dr. Ritu Singh, DSW Er. KK Agarwal, all the faculty members and students in SRMS CET&R campus. Vishwakarma Puja is a day of celebration for Vishwakarma, a Hindu god, the divine architect. He is considered as swayambhu and creator of the world. He constructed the holy city of Dwarka where Krishna ruled, the palace of Indraprastha for the Pandavas, and was the creator of many fabulous weapons for the Gods. The puja was started by Honourable Chairman Sir who offered hawan samagri, prasaad and flowers to the Lord which was later done by all the faculty members and students as well. The pujan was completed with an aarti followed by distribution of sweets and panchamrit to everyone.
