Village Adoption by SRMS Trust

It’s with great pleasure that we announce that SRMS Trust has been awarded for its work in adopting the villages of Pahladpur and Dhauratanda, both in the Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Sushil Gupta, Assistant Professor, SRMS IBS, received the award at Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. As part of the village adoption programme, SRMS Trust initiated a string of projects including construction of toilets, upgrading school infrastructure, and conducting medical awareness rallies. In addition, it organized public healthcare camps and contributed to Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, among others.

SRMS Trust began village adoption in 2017 with a view to assist growth and facilitates the process of integrating underprivileged sections of the population with the mainstream economy.

The aim is to help growth and facilitate the process of integrating the underprivileged sections of our population with the mainstream economy. The objective of exchange of knowledge and for the overall social/economic betterment of the village communities are well accomplished by the Institute.
