SRMS IBS celebrated JANMASHTAMI with traditional fervour and enthusiasm. The birth of the eighth incarnation of LORD VISHNU as SHRI KRISHNA, the festival is deeply ensconced in the hearts of
uncountable people all across. Singing eulogies for the Lord in form of bhajans, the students put up a great show. Other student performance highlights included dance and drama that touched each and every heart. With hordes of people thronging to the SRMS Temple, the atmosphere became ‘KRISHNAMAY’ with loud chants and music. Finally, ‘KRISHNA JANAM’ ritual was done followed by the distribution of Prasad.
All in all, the event was well-managed and provided everyone with a wonderful opportunity to immerse in the service towards the almighty.
