SRMS IBS organised MAA SARASAWATI pooja on the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami on Wednesday, 14th February, 2024 in the Library area of the institute. Paying obeisance to the “Goddess of Knowledge”, the event was marked by rituals in form of mantra recitation and chanting by the priest and followed by SARASWATI Vandana by the students . With the inspiring presence of Respected Dean, SRMS IBS, Dr. Ashish Kumar, other Faculty Members, and staff, the students too made it to the event in large numbers making the atmosphere lively and full of devotion .
With a charged-up atmosphere and with rituals – mainly performed by Respected Dean Sir and other Faculty Members, Staff, and students – marking a true reverence to the Deity, the connect with the Divine was instant and befitting of the occasion. Prasad distribution followed the rituals and by the time it ended, there was a highly visible devotional connect that the audience were immersed in. The event ended positively with the prayers that SRMS IBS always be blessed with vibrant knowledge dissemination and intellectual capital for everyone.
