ICT Based Short Term Course on ‘Managerial Skills’ in association with NITTTR, Chandigarh

An ICT based Short Term Course on ‘Managerial Skills’ was organized at Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology (SRMS CET), Unnao in association with National Institute of Technical Teachers Training & Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh from 10 to 14 December 2018. Mr. Akhilesh Pratap Singh (Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science Engineering, SRMSCET, Unnao) was the local coordinator for the programme, which saw participation from 16 faculty members from different departments.
As the course coordinator,Dr. Sunil Dutt (Professor & Head, Education and Education Management Department, NITTTR, Chandigarh) inaugurated the programme and introduced the Short Term Course.
There were 3 sessions for each day of the 5-day-long Short Term Course. Diverse topics were discussed in the programme:

The speakers at the Short Term Course (Faculty Development Programme) were well-known academicians with wide experience in their domains of expertise. Each session stood out for its approach to encouraging interactive learning that witnessed the sharing of information, insights, and perspectives. To enhance the teaching and learning experience of the participants, diverse activities were built into the sessions conducted by the eminent speakers.
The programme was brought to a close with a valedictory session. Speaking on the occasion, Professor Anant Kumar Srivastava (Principal SRMSCET, Unnao) provided feedback on the Short Term Course (Faculty Development Programme).
