Cancer Vagina
Early vaginal cancers do not cause signs and symptoms but late symptoms are as follows
- Foul smelling vaginal discharge
- Vaginal bleeding

Choriocarcinoma
- Irregular vaginal bleeding, especially in women who’ve recently been pregnant or experienced a molar pregnancy
- Pain or discomfort in the pelvis
Symptoms of an invasive mole or choriocarcinoma which has spread
- Cough, difficulty in breathing and sometimes chest pain
- Heavy bleeding, and your doctor might be able to feel a lump (nodules) in your vagina
