Live Projects as a means to further learning
All SRMS Trust run institutions believe that practical learning opportunities for students need to be maximized. Experiential learning offers a chance to apply academic learnings as well as pick up nuances of real world business practices. Live projects are an integral part of this teaching pedagogy at SRMS International Business School.
As part of this endeavor, Britannia Industries Limited has joined hands with SRMS IBS for the launch of new products of company. Under this project, students from SRMS IBS will support the sales force of Britannia in launching the new variants in the Biscuits category.
Mr. Muneesh Meena, Head – Modern Trade, North India and Mr. Neeraj Tiwari , Head – Modern Trade, Uttar Pradesh visited the campus on 26th October to interact with students and explain more about the project. They apprised the students about the launch strategies and key results which will be expected from interns who will be part of the launch team.
Their session provided students with a lot of insights as they got to know about the FMCG industry and the skill sets required for a fresh management graduate in this dynamic sector.
The representatives from company were delighted to interact with the students and were impressed with their discipline and professional etiquette.
