Let’s Know More about PROFESSOR DR ANKUSH RATHOR, Head,Department of Hotel Management , SRMS CETR, Bareilly who has done his PhD in Hotel Management (HM) from Le Cordon Bleu, GD Goenka University, Haryana; M Phil in Tourism Management, ITHM, Bundelkhand University; MBA in HM, Kurukshetra University; MTM in Tourism Management, IGNOU New Delhi; Appreciation course in Food Safety & Quality Management, Quality Council of India, New Delhi and Bachelors in HM, IHMCT, Lucknow.
With 18+ years of experience in skill development & hospitality training, Dr Ankush Rathor has been trained to establish Hospitality Management Centers (HMC). Having vast experience of pre-opening of two prestigious HMC’s for HM & tourism vocational training, he lays a strong emphasis on refining social skills & handling guest complaints/ employee grievances. His previous roles include Hospitality Training, Service Operations, HRM & Hiring process. Dr Rathor has also designed short-term courses for Bakery and F & B services, ensuring job readiness & industry acceptance. Career spanning with noteworthy positions at ITC Hotels, FHRAI etc, Dr Ankush has won accolades like Gemini Star Award, All India Chef Competition by ITHM etc.
