SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), Bareilly proudly announces the launch of ‘Astitva’, a Comprehensive Wellness Centre for the Transgender Community, a safe and inclusive space dedicated to compassionate healthcare, emotional wellbeing, and holistic support.
From expert counselling and mental health support to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), gender affirmation surgery guidance, and pre & post-transition medical care, Astitva aims to stand beside every individual at every step of their journey with respect, empathy, and care (every Monday to Saturday: 9 AM-4 PM).
