Bringing together the brightest minds in women’s healthcare, SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), Bareilly, in association with BOGS Bareilly, hosted its 1st Obstetrics & Gynaecology Update 2025 on the theme “Womb Life to Healthy Ageing.” The two-day CME-cum-workshop featured dynamic scientific sessions, panel discussions, PG quiz, paper & poster presentations, and a vibrant cultural event.
The inaugural ceremony saw the presence of Shri Dev Murti (Chairman, SRMS Trust), Aditya Murti (Director Administration), and Guest of Honor Dr Nutan Jain, Director, Vardhman Infertility & Endoscopy Centre, Muzaffarnagar, alongside Dr Latika Agarwal, President, BOGS; Organizing Chairperson Prof Dr Shashi Bala Arya; Organizing Secretary Prof Dr Mridu Sinha; Scientific Chairperson Dr Ruchica Goel — from Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (SRMS IMS) among other dignitaries. Experts from across India shared insights on Critical & High-Risk Obstetrics, Reproductive Medicine, AI-driven advancements in IVF, Robotic Surgery, Fetal-Maternal Medicine, Stillbirth Prevention, Urogynecology & Aesthetic Gynecology, highlighting how technology is redefining women’s wellness.
The event concluded with Dr Nutan Jain receiving the prestigious Shri Ram Murti Oration Award for her exceptional contribution to gynecological endoscopy. Most importantly, from Laparoscopy to Robotics, Vaginal to Cervical Rejuvenation, AI-assisted IVF Laboratories and Ultrasound, to the Role of 2D/3D Doppler and Electromagnetic Chair in modern practice, the event celebrated innovation, compassion, and the evolving landscape of women’s healthcare.
