The session started with a welcome address by Mr.S.S Negi, Principal, Lakes International School, Bhimtal highlighting the significance of the program in today’s competitive scenario.

To start the program Dr. Ankita Tandon introduced the SRMS Trust to the participants to create a ground of familiarity and interaction with them. Colleges, achievements and the various initiatives taken by the trust towards creating knowledge and enhancement of society were told to the participants.

The session was then taken forward by Dr. Ankita Tandon, who discussed with the students the need for choosing the right career. Self-exploration is one way to do the same. In the same context, brainstorming was conducted to help the participants explore their personality and thereby choose the right career option for them. The students were enriched with the knowledge given on offbeat courses.

The proceedings were then concluded by an inspirational clip on life at SRMS which helped the participants become ready for the transitional phase.

The session ended successfully with the recording of feedbacks from participants. The response reflected the curiosity of participants for awareness of career options and the ocean of opportunities available in the market. The suggestions were to increase the time limit and frequency of such sessions.

The session ended with a vote of thanks from Mr. S.S Singh with an interest to maintain a continued relationship with Campus Outreach Programme initiative of SRMS Trust.
