The Training, Development & Placement (TDP) Cell at Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology (SRMS CET), Bareilly recently orchestrated an insightful Pre-Placement Drive of ‘RAPS InfoTech Chandigarh’ tailored to offer invaluable guidance to B Tech, MCA & MBA students of SRMS CET & CETR campus. However, the drive was a fruitful platform for aspiring job seekers for equipping them with requisite confidence & proficiency to navigate the labyrinthine pathways of corporate landscape.
The session was led by Sanampreet Kaur, Corporate Resource Executive & Ajay Kumar, an employee from RAPS InfoTech, who shed light on multifaceted aspects of company’s operations, roles & responsibilities, and commenced their discussion in two phases—Pre-Placement Talk and Reasoning & Aptitude Tests.The company guests were welcomed by Dr Prabhakar Gupta, Principal SRMS CET & Dr Anuj Kumar, Director, TDP Cell.
From the placement drive to aptitude tests, students were encouraged to explore the intricacies of professional development, offering them a comprehensive understanding of industry expectations. Crucial themes such as placement preparation, art of self-introduction & other pivotal factors contributing to holistic success were meticulously addressed. Subsequently, 11 students from B Tech (CS/ME) & MCA of SRMSCET & SRMS CETR have been shortlisted for further round(s).
At the end, sincere gratitude was extended by Professor Dr Anuj Kumar towards HODs’, Placement Coordinators and faculty members for their steadfast support &encouragement, and in making the session meaningful.
